Our Regional Champion Year 7 and 10 da Vinci Decathlon teams competed at the State tournament during Week 3, up against teams from all around New South Wales.
With an incredible performance across the day, our Year 10 team recorded an incredible third-place finish in the state! Our Year 10 team were presented with 10 incredibly challenging tasks, which they tackled with perseverance, adaptability, and deep thought.
Out of 55 teams in the Year 10 division, our team recorded the following results:
- First in the state for Legacy
- Second in the state for Art and Poetry
- Second in the state for Engineering
- Second in the state for Ideation
Our Year 7 team faced some tough competition, with roughly 60 teams to contend against in their division. While they didn't receive any awards this year, the team's resilience, ability and teamwork were on show throughout the whole day.
